What we actually did: the first Agentic AI Hackathon

Our journey started with the ServiceNow Agentic AI Hackathon 2025, designed as a wake-up call for MSPs, enterprises, and technology leaders.

Instead of presentations and demos, participants:

  • Built real AI agents on the ServiceNow platform
  • Explored AI governance, compliance, and credibility
  • Worked on real-life enterprise use cases
  • Collaborated across partners, customers, and experts

This hackathon was supported by a full content journey pre-event webinars, expert sessions, and post-event insights creating momentum before, during, and after the event. The result: stronger engagement, deeper conversations, and concrete follow-up opportunities.

The second hackathon: scaling innovation with partners

Building on the success of the first event, we launched our second Agentic AI Hackathon in collaboration with partners at the AI MakersLab.

This edition focused on:

  • Advancing agent collaboration and autonomy
  • Turning prototypes into scalable concepts
  • Strengthening cross-partner innovation
  • Expanding reach to new audiences and industries

The second hackathon proved that this model scales: more participants, more advanced use cases, and even stronger alignment between business goals and AI capabilities.
